...and that essentiality doth constitute the energy of Essence; and this is God—the All.
And the 'earthing' experiment continues. Today I wore my little dervish slippers to work again -- and again this morning I felt the tingling in my feet when I arrived at work. So I decided then, that I would go out again at lunch just for a stroll... to see how it affected me for the afternoon.
And you know what? As I took that lunchtime stroll, I could literally feel the ebb and flow of my body's frequency as it found it's rhythm and it felt remarkably like what I feel when I go outside and sit in the grass for my evening meditation. This made me smile.
My experiment isn't over yet, but I thought I would update with this progress -- there does seem to be something to the idea that leather-soled shoes, combined with walking, can do something healthy, and noticeable, for you and your constitution. I had more energy for the rest of the day, and even a higher level of motivation when I got home, too. And that's valuable. When was the last time you got home from a long day's work and actually felt like getting some stuff done rather than just taking a 'break' for a moment, that inevitably, turned into a few hours?
Yeah, that's what I thought. Unless you're still young... then maybe you do still have energy left over after work :-) I remember those days!
